01The science
Inspired by the science. Built for everyday life.
Most GLP-1 medicines are peptides — short chains of amino acids. Traxsy takes care of the everyday part: a clear record of every dose.
A gut hormone
GLP-1 is a hormone your gut releases after eating. It's a short chain of about 30 amino acids.

Folding into a helix
Bound to its receptor, much of GLP-1 coils into an α-helix, drawn here as a ribbon.

Built to last longer
Weekly medicines such as semaglutide carry a fatty-acid chain that binds albumin in the blood, giving a half-life of about one week.
Tirzepatide, which acts on GIP and GLP-1 receptors, uses a similar chain; its half-life is about five days.

Sources, not guesses
Estimates show where they come from: FDA labels for medication levels, the CDC for BMI.

No. It's an estimate calculated from the doses you log and FDA label averages, not a blood level. Don't use it to decide when or how much to take: follow your prescription.
